1) Who we are

2) Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the site and its tools, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Effective” date above reflects the latest version.

3) Service description

Multi-Tool Workspace provides lightweight, client-side utilities (e.g., text/data formatting & conversions). Unless stated otherwise, processing happens in your browser; we do not intentionally store your input on our servers.

4) Acceptable use

Use the tools lawfully and responsibly.
No scraping, rate-limiting bypass, or automated queries that impair availability.
No reverse engineering, exploiting, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the service or infrastructure.
Do not upload or paste content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful.

5) Intellectual property

We own the site’s UI, branding, and original content. You retain all rights to your own input and output. You grant us the limited technical permission to process your input in order to provide the tool functionality you request.

6) Privacy & data

See our Privacy Policy. We use Vercel for hosting and may use Vercel Analytics to collect aggregated, non-identifying metrics. Advertising is provided by Google AdSense; in the EEA we serve non-personalized ads (NPA). We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data through the tools.

7) Advertising & third-party links

The site may display third-party ads and links. We do not control third-party content and are not responsible for it. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

8) No professional advice

The tools and outputs are provided for convenience and informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. You are responsible for independently validating critical results.

9) Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected.

10) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED EUR 50 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11) Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

12) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or to protect the service and its users.

13) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Netherlands for any dispute arising from these Terms or the service.

14) Changes

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version with a new Effective date. Material changes may be highlighted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
